This would join the standard iPhone 17, the flagship iPhone 17 Pro, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max, while reportedly replacing the current 'Plus' variant.

The iPhone 17 Air is expected to stand out for its ultra-thin design, measuring just 5.4mm thick. Despite its slim profile, it’s rumored to sport a spacious 6.6-inch OLED LTPO display. Camera-wise, the Air could come with a single 48-megapixel rear camera and a 24-megapixel front-facing camera — the latter spec is rumored to be consistent across the entire iPhone 17 lineup.

Apple is reportedly planning to expand its ProMotion display technology across the entire iPhone 17 lineup, marking a major shift from previous years where the 120Hz refresh rate was exclusive to the Pro models. This means all four models — iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max — could offer smoother visuals and more responsive touch performance.

The upcoming models are rumored to debut with the new M5 chip, promising faster processing speeds and better energy efficiency. However, the overall look and feel of the MacBook Pro is expected to stay the same, with no significant design overhauls planned for this iteration.
